"Probably not something I’d order again"
I was excited to try Sydney So Sweet because the treats looked like the kind of thing I’d really enjoy, but overall it ended up being just okay for me. The order arrived without any issues, so I can’t really complain about the delivery side, but the sweets themselves didn’t taste as fresh as I was hoping.
It wasn’t a bad experience, and nothing was awful, but for my personal taste it didn’t feel worth ordering again. I can see how someone else might like them more, but based on what I got, I’d probably try a different place next time.

I was trying to do an exchange and it take way longer than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I did ended up getting annoyed waiting around.

"Not really worth the price"
I was disappointed with this purchase. For what I paid, I expected a lot more, and it just didn’t feel worth the price at all. I’m hoping the company will do the right thing and offer some kind of refund or compensation, because this really didn’t meet my expectations.

"Order was fine, but tracking could be better"
I ordered from sydneysosweet.com after a friend mentioned it to me, and overall the order did show up okay, so no big issue there.
The only annoying part was the tracking. It stayed on the same update for a few days, then suddenly changed when the package was already close to being delivered.
It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest either. I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in a hurry, but I’d keep the tracking in mind next time

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from Sydney So Sweet and the delivery came faster than I thought it would. The tracking info was easy to get, and the updates was mostly fine along the way. The package showed up in good shape too. I’m giving 4 stars because it arrived one extra day after the first estimated date, but overall it wasn’t bad at all.

"I was excited when my order from..."
I was excited when my order from sydneysosweet.com showed up, but the packaging was a letdown. The box looked a little crushed, and when I opened it, a few things had clearly been shifting around because there just wasn’t much padding inside.

Nothing was completely destroyed, but some items looked messy enough that I wouldn’t feel great giving them as a gift. For what I paid, I expected the order to arrive looking more carefully packed. Shipping itself was fine, but the way it was packaged definitely made me trust the experience a little less.

"Good communication overall"
They were clear in their replies, and I generally understood what was going on without much trouble. I did have to ask one extra follow-up question to get everything fully clarified, which was a little inconvenient. But overall, the communication was solid and they handled things well

"Cute site, but honestly a little frustrating"
The website looks really cute, but using it wasn’t the smoothest experience for me. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and it took more clicks than it should have to find what I was looking for. Checkout felt a bit clunky too. It’s not terrible or anything, but it could definitely use some fixing

"Lots of ways to customize"
I really liked how many options there were for customizing my order. It actually took me a little while to decide what I wanted, but that’s not a bad problem to have. Everything turned out nicely in the end. A couple small things could probably be a bit smoother, but nothing that would stop me from ordering again.

"Order was good, just a tiny mix-up"
My order was pretty much right. All the sweets I chose were there, and the amounts seemed right too. One bag had a slightly different mix than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a big deal. Maybe I misread it or... not sure. Either way, I’m happy overall and I’d order again.

"Good sweets, but the slow replies were annoying"
The sweets themselves were decent, and if I had just picked them up in person or didn’t need any updates, I probably wouldn’t have had much to complain about. But I emailed about my order and didn’t hear back for a couple of days, which made it frustrating because I wasn’t even sure the order had gone through.
When they finally did reply, the message was brief and didn’t really answer everything I asked. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but for an online order where you’re waiting and relying on updates, the communication really matters. I’d maybe consider ordering again if they got better at responding, but not as things are now.

"Checkout worked, but it took me a minute"
I ordered from Sydney So Sweet and the checkout did go through in the end, so no major complaints. It felt a bit slow, though, and one of the steps confused me for a second, could just be me being tired and rushing, honestly. Payment went through fine, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just think the process could be a little smoother.

"I bought this thinking it would fit..."
I bought this thinking it would fit my birthday party, but the wording made it seem way more fun and party-ready than it actually was. It really didn’t match the vibe at all, which was disappointing.

"Got nervous at checkout"
I was about to place my order, had everything ready and all that, but then the payment page just made me pause. I don’t know, it didn’t show enough about security or how my card info was being protected, and that kind of stuff matters to me. The site seemed fine up until then, but checkout is where I need to feel sure, so I ended up backing out instead of finishing the order.

"Bad first impression with the delivery"
My first impression wasn’t great. The order showed up two days late, and the tracking info barely changed the whole time. I reached out to ask what was going on, but the response didn’t really give me a clear answer. It’s frustrating when you’re planning around a delivery date and then you’re just left guessing

"Not quite what I expected..."
I ordered from Sydney So Sweet because the product looked really cute in the photos and the description made it sound perfect... so I was excited to get it.

When it showed up, it was fine, but not really the same as what I thought I was buying. The size seemed a little different, the colors weren’t quite right, and a few of the little details I noticed in the pictures just weren’t there.

It’s not a terrible product or anything... I’m just a bit disappointed. I think they really need to make the description and photos more accurate so people know what they’re actually going to receive

"Just feels cluttered and off"
My first gut reaction was that the site felt messy and kind of dated. The fonts and colors don’t really seem to go together, and I found myself getting annoyed trying to find what I needed. It just doesn’t feel very smooth or easy to use.

"Didnt look like the pic"
I was kinda disappointed when it showed up because it looked nothing like the photo online. The picture made it seem totally different, so I wasn't really happy with what I got.

"Shipping cost felt too high"
The product itself may be fine, but the shipping cost was just way too expensive. I’m sure other customers would feel the same way, especially if the shipping ends up costing almost as much as what they’re buying.
